To meditate on the chakras, begin with garnet and center your awareness on the base chakra. Breathe deeply and allow each breath you take to flow through your body and carry energy to your pelvic region. Use your breath to break up any tension you may feel in this area of your body. Continue with garnet until you feel your base chakra giving and receiving energy in a steady flow. Repeat this process for each of the remaining stones and chakras; amber: sacral (abdomen), citrine: solar plexus, aventurine: heart, amazonite: throat, sodalite: third eye (forehead), and amethyst: crown (above the head, spirit). Finish your meditation by focusing on the balanced flow of energy throughout your body. You may also add an intention to direct this energy during your day.
